Being a lifeguard
Vietnam one of Camps International's award winning trips. Promo film showcasing some of the what this amazing country has to offer.
Drowning claims an estimated 1.2 million lives around the world annually. Most of these drownings occur in the world's poorest countries, where drowning is often the leading cause of child death. It is an international epidemic which has been sadly overlooked.
We know that drowning is preventable. The RNLI has years of experience in saving lives at sea, on inland waterways, and in floods. And now we're sharing that expertise internationally to reduce drownings worldwide. We're providing others with the knowledge, equipment and skills to save more lives -- helping them to help themselves.
Drowning an Epidemic!
I was very fortunate to be apart of Mike and Olivia's wedding, it was a beautiful day and the weather held out. This is a short film i made for them highlighting their special day.
Mike & Olivia's Wedding
So i set myself a challenge ....... The challenge was to capture a series of timelapse sequences over the course of a whole day based around the Lifeboat Station Tower on the river Thames in London.
Over the course of the day (18hours) i shot 21 different sequences, ranging from 10 minutes to 2 and a half hours. I shot in the region of 8500 photos using up around 250GB.
After completing the day i only had 2 days to process all the images and make my film. This was a real challenge and by the end of play on the 2nd day i had completed the film.
